Registration Policy & Payment Details

Registration is managed through the Lifelong Learning Centre (LLC) of the Universitat Politècnica de València. The platform will guide you through creating a user account that allows you to register, complete your payment, request an invoice, and download your certificate of attendance once it becomes available. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by transfer, you must upload your proof of payment to the platform. In case of any doubts or questions regarding registration or payment, please contact the LLC at congresos@cfp.upv.es, and include the term "SafeComp2026" in the subject line to ensure efficient management of your request.

• VAT Exemption: Please note that under university regulations, conference registrations are classified as educational and training services. Consequently, they are subject to a special tax regime and are exempt from VAT (0% VAT).
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is possible until 4th September, and you will be refunded the conference fee less an administrative cost of 50 €. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 5th September.
• Registration Transfer: If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is fully transferable to another member of your organization. An administrative processing fee of 50 € will be charged for this management.
• Organizing Committee Availability: Please be aware that August is a non-working month at the university. The organizing committee and support services will be unavailable during this period, and any inquiries received in August will be processed starting in September.
