On-Demand Registration

Since September 4, the online registration process has been closed, but you can still register following an on-demand process by sending an email to both congresos@cfp.upv.es and jcbaraza@disca.upv.es (Finance Chair of the conference). In your email, please include the following details:

• Personal information: First name, surname(s), and affiliation
• Registration category: "General", "EWICS member", or "Student"
• Attendance choice: "Conference + workshops", "Only conference", or "Only workshops"
• Badge information: Text you want to include on your badge
• Proof of student status: If you are a student, please attach a copy of your student ID
• Dietary restrictions: Any special dietary requirements
• Other comments: Any additional notes (if any)

Important Notes:

• Social events: Participation in social program events (welcome reception, excursion & cocktail, and banquet) cannot be guaranteed for registrations submitted after September 4, and no extra tickets will be sold after that date.
• Registration conditions: Standard category conditions apply. EWICS membership status will be verified against the official EWICS list, and students must provide proof of status.
